Very well done to Pat and Brendan and their helpers for looking after these lads so well all year.
While all the players played their part on Saturday last, special praise must go to James Murphy, who played most of his football in defence all year, but had an outstanding game at left corner forward on Saturday.

We played against the wind in the first half and never got into our stride as our much bigger opponents done as they liked. Whatever Pat and Brendan said in their half time teamtalk worked wonders as the boys came out and fought for every ball as if their lives depended on it.
